Bio

Im 30 something and counting...Im mentally disabled, Im Bipolar II ,sociallizied anxiety disorder, panic disorder.I was dignosed in september 2001 after I was hospitalized for a nervous breakdown.
I decided to join this site because I need a place were I belong. Express my feelings without keeping them secret, and people not judgeing me or thinking im crazy for some of the thoughts I have.
